David Hodgson - Managing Broker
David was born in the sunny (and hot) skies of Scottsdale, AZ. He was a wee’ lad, when his family moved to Washington State. Raised in the area, he developed a passion for the beauty, culture and people in Washington State. After an 8 year tour in the United States Navy (World’s Finest Navy!), he came back to his home state to pursue his two degrees in Legal Studies, and a BS in Computer Science. Prior to his venture in real estate, he was a Paralegal involved with Complex Litigation cases at a major law firm in Seattle, WA.
Currently, he’s a licensed Associate Broker and Realtor®, specializing in representing his clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the Greater Seattle / Bellevue and Eastside communities. In his words: “I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current market conditions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related community services.” When he’s not working with clients, he loves to play in the dirt in his garden, remodel older homes, and has an affinity towards old Ford Mustangs.
Justin Usey – Broker/Marketing Manager
Justin hails from the beautiful State of Louisiana, and relocated to Washington State in 1990. Justin’s BA in Business Communications is utilized as he oversees the operation of HouseVentures marketing team. Additionally, he manages every single detail of listing management, and client transactions. His background in business management, communications, marketing, and his attention to detail benefits clients, with a proven track record, of receiving superior service. Prior marketing and work experience with Microsoft, HouseValues.com, X-10 and other high-profile local companies.
When Justin’s not helping clients realize their dream of home ownership, he’s either working on restoring his home, gardening, or whipping up an incredibly irresistable Cajun meal, in his kitchen.
